This Aztec Calendar in Wood is a replica of the renowned sun's stone, meticulously crafted with over 3000 pieces of exotic wood atributed Alfonso Juadao e Hijos. The circular design, inspired by the Aztec Sun Stone (also known as the Calendar Stone), symbolizes the five successive suns according to Aztec mythology. Serving as a finely carved solar disk, it represents rulership for the Aztecs and other Mesoamerican cultures. Made of tropical wood in Yucatan.
