The natural companion to our Gasolina Mezcal Set — designed for the moment the table grows. This set adds four more black clay veladoras and an extra agave leaf salt dish, so you can extend the ritual without breaking it. Together, they make a complete mezcal service for a group, with every piece made from the same Oaxacan black clay, by the same hands.

About Oaxacan Black Clay
These pieces are made from a low-temperature clay worked entirely by hand using artisanal techniques passed down through generations of Oaxacan potters. Their deep, almost metallic black color is not a glaze or a finish — it is the result of an oxidation process during firing, enhanced by burnishing each piece by hand. The technique predates the arrival of metal, glass, and plastic in the region, originally used to make vessels impermeable enough to hold water and mezcal. Today it remains one of Mexico’s most recognized and celebrated craft traditions, centered in the village of San Bartolo Coyotepec, just outside Oaxaca City.
