St. Regis Bermuda Hammered Copper fruit bowl

The Bermuda Bowl reinterprets the traditional molcajete with three subtle feet and a wider, elongated form suited to serving a range of foods. Beautifully hammered, the surface is naturally resistant to scratches and can be refreshed with lemon juice before washing as usual.

Originally developed for The St. Regis Bermuda Resort, the bowl is also used throughout the hotel’s residences.

Care
Wash with soapy water. Citrus will make the copper shiny and bright if applied on darker colors.

Made in Michoacan
Copper was known to the Pre-Hispanic world, and was used for utensils, arrowheads and protective gear. Today, it continues to be produced with amazing technique involving heat and hammering. Multiple finishes can be obtained with coatings and other techniques.
