Our veladora was developed for Zadun, a Ritz Carlton Resort in Baja California. Made especially for their outdoor restaurant, it lends a casual warmth to the evening, the carrizo open weave allowing flickering light to come through.

Carrizo is a reed that grows on riversides all over Mexico. Used from pre-Hispanic times to make baskets, containers for harvesting, and all sort of ingenious tools.
