Anillo Baja Glassware Set
Designed for the guest rooms of Auberge Resorts Collection's Chileno Bay Resort in Los Cabos, the Anillo Glassware Set was created in collaboration with designer Natasha Wong as part of a custom hospitality collection developed exclusively for the property.
Defined by its distinctive ringed base, the collection combines sculptural form with everyday function. Developed specifically for the project, each piece required custom molds and was produced as part of a larger effort to create objects that reflected the relaxed elegance of the Baja peninsula.
Each piece is made from recycled glass in Jalisco, Mexico. Subtle variations in color, thickness, and small bubbles are inherent to the material and part of the character of handmade glass.
Today, the collection is available in a limited edition through Embajada and includes an Old Fashioned glass and a Highball glass, each designed to function beautifully on its own or as a complementary pair.
Dimensions
Old Fashioned: 3 1/2" Ø x 4" H
Highball: 2 3/4" Ø x 6 1/2" H
Made in Jalisco and Hidalgo
Hand made in the states of Jalisco and Hidalgo, which continue to carry on a colonial tradition of glass blowing in Mexico. The entire collection is made with recycled glass and are shaped solely by years of practice and the expert eye of the artisans. No two glasses are identical. Each is a unique piece of artistry with subtle differences in form, weight and color, a direct result of the process.
About Handmade Pieces
Crafted by hand using techniques passed down through generations of master artisans. Variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the process — each piece is, by nature, one of a kind.
