Oaxacan Kitchen World

Daniela Soto-Innes spent a week cooking at Ex Hacienda Guadalupe while developing Tu Casa Mi Casa, using our pots and tableware throughout. Alejandro Ruiz and Susana Trilling have cooked here too, putting many of the same pieces through the demands of a working kitchen.

Rooted in Oaxacan cooking utensils, the collection is developed through use. New pieces are cooked with, adjusted, returned to the stove, and tested again with our own chefs until they feel right and are ready for production.
