The Hand Made Home

Before Hotel San Cristóbal opened, Liz Lambert came to Oaxaca looking for unusual pieces for the hotel. Together we traveled to Mexico City, found objects, and developed many others for its rooms, library, and shared spaces. That experience began an exploration of Mexico through materials, craft, and everyday objects that still shapes the collection today.

That exploration has since expanded from pieces created for clients such as Casa Dragones Tequila in San Miguel de Allende to frameless stools now in the collection of the Denver Art Museu
