Crocodile Bench

Sculptural crocodile bench made of charred wood. This charred wood follows the Shou Sugi Ban (or Yakisugi) which is a centuries old Japanese method of preserving wood by charring its surface. This chemical free technique protects the wood from rot, insects, UV rays, and fire while creating a beautiful, deep black carbon color.
