Don Shoemaker revolutionized furniture design at Señal S.A with his modern interpretation of traditional Mexican furniture. Drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of Mexican woodworking, he crafted timeless masterpieces from Cocobolo, a rare Mexican rosewood, and other exquisite woods. Establishing a prosperous operation in the hills near Morelia in the late 1940s, he not only achieved remarkable success but also contributed to the economic growth of the region by creating employment opportunities for a multitude of skilled local artisans.

Very good, consistent with age and use.
